As the designated civil engineering library of the Air Force for over 20 years the TIC continues to support AFCEC’s world-wide customers by delivering on-demand engineering documents to the AFCEC enterprise; referral and document delivery services to the Reachback Center (RBC); referral and document delivery services to Civil Engineer Squadrons across the DAF; and standards and technical publications to the fire, safety, maintenance, and health personnel across the DAF and Space Force.
